Continue onto SR-874 S (Don Shula Expwy, South Dade Expwy) 7.5 miles.
Continue onto SR-821 S (Florida's Tpk S, Florida's Turnpike Homestead Ext S, Ronald Reagan Tpk) (toll required for some segments) 16.9 miles
Stay on Turnpike and it ends in Florida City. You will already be heading south on US#1 so no turns necessary. Approximately 25 miles into Key Largo on your right you will see The Pink Plaza.
From Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport
Exit the airport and follow the signs for 595 West. Take 595 to the Florida Turnpike South and follow the signs to the Florida Keys.
