I didnt realize, I was going to need a late check in... but the woman called in time to give me clear directions how to do that.

Easy to book online and easy checking in and out,

Mariners Club feels very safe and the property is beautifully cared for. The dishes were fine but the cookware should be checked and a bare minimum required. In the unit there was no working can opener, no grater and I would have liked a hand beater and a garlic press. I had to go to Publics half way through my cooking to get a can opener that works.

We enjoyed our week at this condo so much! Beautiful condo with amazing amenities and a gorgeous water view! Such a relaxing vacation!

The pools, hot tubs, exercise room, Pier and boat dock were amazing!

Would do it all over in a heartbeat! Lovely setting for a group. We had 9 adults & very accommodating. During the covid times, a part could not be found for ice maker. The response from maintenance was quite efficient . There was ice in the refrigerator & only had to buy 1 bag of ice. SUGGESTED: Restaurants & bars were plentiful plus loved the water vibe. Had several meals outside & by the water. Of course, we took a hike to Key West, but enjoyed Key Largo more. Had lunch in Key West at Lattitudes...highly recommend, but must make reservations way in advance. MANAGER'S RESPONSE: We are so glad that the only hitch was the big ice maker did not work and appreciate your understanding about parts delay. See you soon!

Not helpful. The check in and follow up is poor. We arrived after 5 pm and received emails and text message from them with check in instructions. As an Airbnb super host I expected the unit to be clean, well stocked which it was not. There was no-one checking in to be certain all was well.

Pool closed for repairs no one was working on it

For late check in I talked to the staff and they ensured me my keys and packet would be in the lockbox. The process was simple. We needed the AC turned down a little and the batteries changed on the thermostat. They were there within 10 minutes

The property was in a great location and very clean. We loved the pools. We will be coming back! Could use bigger coffee mugs. They are tiny. Sals Ballyhoos restaurant is right down the road and is the best food Ive ever had in the keys

All went well

We were all happy with the accommodations. Home was very comfortable, the beds were great. The only problem I had with the home, was a lack of rugs at front and rear doors.

The unit was very clean and when the ice machine didnt work someone brought us bags of ice. It wouldve been nice to have some recommendations of places to go see and do in the unit. Especially restaurants. (MGR RESPONSE - At check-in we provide a folder with Things To Do and discount coupons to many local establishments so I'm not sure what happened in this instance, our apologies).

Very easy to work with.

Great location. Friendly people. Wasn't too crowded. Very clean unit. Nice area, just wish there was more of a "traditional" beach area. This area would be great for small children though. Theatre of the Sea was very exciting and worth the money.

All members were very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

One of the best VRBO's I have ever stayed out - very well appointed, clean and the view was amazing! The pool and hot tub were also amazing!

The property was magnificent. It was cleans, spacious and fit my family of 6 plus my mother in law. There were a few pool/beach toys in the laundry room, we did add to the collection. We had our family pictures on the property! The pools at the property are amazing & the temperatures are perfect. Everything is close by, we had gone jet skiing, kayaking, private boat, eat delicious food, watched the sun rises & sunset sets!

Everything worked out just fine.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was in excellent condition.

The house could use a little more in the way of kitchen items for cooking. Would have been hard to prepare meals if we had intended to eat in more. The other thing that was very bothersome was the floral scented cleaner they used to clean the place was so strong it was burning our noses. We had to keep the door open and cook some things to try and get rid of the smell. Wouldnt stay again without asking about the cleaning products used. Snorkeling with John penekamp. They take you to the best reefs at the best price.

Will be making Mariners Ckub our new go to on the keys. We live in Fort Lauderdale and come down once or twice a month for long weekends and dont want to stay anywhere else. Loved loved loved the unit. So comfortable and very nicely decorated and furnished with everything we needed.
