The only person I talked with was Katie and she was vey polite and helpful every time. They answered all questions quickly and made the entire rental process very easy

We had a very laid back, relaxing vacation at by the sea. House was clean and well supplied. Plenty of towels, sheets, soaps, and other things. Everything seemed to be in good repair and operated properly.
The only thing we thought would have been nice was a player for the all the DVD's in the house, They only player we found was built into the TV in closet of what I would call kids room. Not that we really had much time to sit around watching movies.

We had absolutely no problems with staff.
But two minor issues:
1. Rental folder included directions to a property on Seminole instead of the property we rented. We didn't need directions so I didn't notice it until we were packing up to leave.
2. Info in house contradicts the more accurate info in the rental folder regarding trash and recycling pick up days. A neighbor clarified it for me. Please include trash recycling pick up contact info. With the Christmas and New Year holidays on pick up day we weren't sure when to set them out. (They picked up trash ON New Years Day! Who would've thought! Very glad I set it out, just in case.

They were wonderful every step of the way, would definitely rent from them again as we had never been down to the Keys and they answered all of our questions.

The property was excellent exactly as it was pictured. The only improvement with the property would be to check the locks on the outside kitchen sliding glass door as it was hard to get it locked and unlocked coming and going daily. It made us nervous we would not get back in when we left in the morning.
