Great vacation in a beautiful setting. Beautiful view of pool and ocean from both levels of the condo. SUGGESTS: We enjoyed a day trip to Key West and also would recommend the fan boat ride in the Everglades and the glass bottom boat to explore the coral reef. MANAGEMENT: Thank you for letting us know about items needed during your stay so future guests will see the quality level we strive for.

Overall we enjoyed are stay at The Mariners Club and would rent again . We especially liked having direct access to the pool from our condo. I do think they need to come up with a better solution on entering the property. There was no one at the guard house more then once during our stay so we had to wait for someone to come to let us in which created a back up of cars and some unhappy individuals that were behind us. I have stayed at several gated rental associations which use key cards or passcode to gain access to the property. (MGR RESPONSE - Mariners Club takes security and occupancy limits very seriously and therefore have manned security procedures. During the busier times, they do have two guards but we do understand sometimes there are delays to get on property.)

We are hoping to stay at this property again in the future! We loved walking around the grounds and seeing the manatees under the pier! Around Key Largo, we enjoyed the John Pennekamp State Park and snorkeling with Sundiver Tours. We did a day trip to the Everglades which was also a blast!

Our flight was delayed so we called for late checkin and everything was provided via the lockbox. No issues at all.

The unit was clean and well prepared for our visit. Everything we needed was provided and in working order. Washer and Dryer was a plus. Security was very good and the pool was excellent. This unit served our purposes well as a base for day tripping and roaming the keys. SUGGESTIONS/COMMENTS: Was very surprised to find there were no real beaches in Key Largo. Would recommend kayaking the mangroves at Pennekamp Park and Jet Skis at Tropic Water Sports that are both close by. Also suggest a visit to the village of Islamorada and look for Robbie's of Islamorada. Fun place and everything you could want is there and a very nice ride. We rented a motor boat to see the mangroves and saw many manatees.

The resort was beautiful. My husband is the superintendent of a county park system and was very impressed on how well the property was maintained and understands the hard work of keeping it looking so nice. Also, we appreciated the person "patrolling" the pool area to keep others from playing loud music. The music the resort provided in the pool area was relaxing. The unit was beautiful with a beautiful view. The only downside were the stairs. We are a group in our 60's and the stairs seemed to be steep and the runners not very wide.

We loved Key Largo and the Mariners Club. The location and pool were fantastic, and we met some really nice people too! We will definitely be back! The location of this condo is amazing, with access to the pool that can't be beat. Except for a few minor maintenance things.....it was great! We went to the Alligator Farm airboat tours, John Pennekamp State park snorkeling. The tennis courts there on the property were great!

It was easy to book the rental. We received regular communications leading up to our arrival and our questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. We had a late check in and our keys and welcome packet were exactly where they said that they would be. Checkout was quick and easy.

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Mariner's Club to friends and family. The condo was spacious and well stocked. We loved having a balcony that overlooked the pool and ocean and loved having immediate access to the pool. We recommend scuba diving charters through Keys Diver Everglades hiking and kayaking through Garl's Everglades Eco Tours Kayak and paddleboard tours through Aquaholics.

What a spectacular space!!! The HUGE pool was right at our doorstep. The way the pool is setup, it seemed to provide us our own little alcove that was only used by our family. Felt so intimate and private. The view from the master was beautiful and allowed early morning views of the sunrise. Loved the relaxing furnitureoff of the master. The doors all opened up to allow the experienceof having the outdoors right there. We loved the Jacuzzi tub. The kids had some sand to play in by the pool, which broke up their time in the pool. Plenty of shady space for the little ones, but sun, sun, sun for the rest of us! The amenities are a little sparse. We had to wash bath towels multiple times as we kept running out. The kitchen is limitedin what is provided. They do tell you this in the details, just the basics, so remember that when preparing for meals. We also couldn'tfind dish towels. Not a big deal, but I like to spend time in the kitchen. None of theselittle details took away from our amazing experience. There are steep steps too....just an FYI for those with little ones. There was a baby gate provided that was helpful. Always a worry for us parents. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place again. We are going to check out Thanksgiving week and see if it is available. Impulse decision made while we were there!!!

Everyone I spoke to on the phone and on email was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a terrific stay at the Mariners Club and even though we arrived after the office was closed, and checked out before it opened, the check in/out process was very organized and super easy. Also, during our stay, in the middle of the night, the smoke alarm unit started to beep at 2am, every 60 seconds, indicating the battery needed changing. The unit was so high, we could not reach it. We contacted the office 1st thing in the morning and after (unfortunately) it didn't get fixed during business hours, we did contact the emergency contact numbers and someone came over to fix it that evening. Much appreciated! MGR RESPONSE: Please accept our apologies the smoke detector issue was not resolved timely as is always our goal.)
