Beautiful home! Great space for 10 people. Wonderful stay and we'd love to come back one day. Plenty of items to be used in the kitchen, wonderfully stocked.

A very comfortable and clean property. Renting it was painless. The private community is very safe and the pools were fantastic. The kids really liked the game room. 4 out 5 stars just because some of the furniture in the living area needs updating and/or is about to break. Overall, a good value. The downstairs is a completely private accommodation. The property slept all 8 of us comfortably. Parking for 2 out front, with some overflow nearby. No views from the balconies but screened in with fans make for an enjoyable hangout spot.

Mary was great. We were in a jam with our other rental being over booked. We called Barefeet and Mary was very helpful and friendly.

The place was great. Location was also good. The only real conplant is the mattresses in the bedrooms need to be replaced. I slept in a slight hole on the mattress in the master bedroom. My guest also said mattress were not very good.

All the amenities I can possibly ask for, thoughtful host.

We were very happy with the unit we rented, 411. There were 6 adults and it was extremely comfortable for 3 couples. We did get a chuckle a bit out of the fact that we had to buy our own TP and paper towels at the price range of this unit. MGR RESPONSE: Thank you for letting future guests know our rentals are self-catered and only a starter supply of paper products, dish and laundry soap is supplied and guests provide for their needs for the remainder of their stay. We are happy to know you enjoyed your stay!

Everyone was prepared and knew what they were doing. It made the rental process simplistic.

Amazing property. The only reason I wouldnt recommend it was to not let it become so well known that I had trouble renting it myself. Take a drive down to Key West and take advantage of all the unique opportunities along the way.

great for split groups. you can have your own space and rhythm without disturbing the other half of the party. very well appointed kitchen, best one I have ever stayed in. the Mariners Club is small, short walking with same if not better amenities as a very large club.

A beautiful townhouse on a beautiful property! Comfortable beds, bathrooms were very nice, kitchen very nice and excellent cookware!. Loved the screened porches and easy access to the pool! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 408 Mariners Club!

Lovely, spacious condo. I loved this property! It is a spacious, corner unit, and the location overlooks the marina and the Atlantic. Gated community and immaculate grounds. The unit is tastefully decorated, and it is furnished exactly as you see in the pictures. They hire, and are responsible for, their cleaning company (not third party as many condos are) and wanted to know if there were any problems. The place was extremely clean and smelled so fresh, I'd like to know what they use! There were a couple of small problem we reported at check out, but nothing we needed to report immediately. The only thing I would suggest is a paper with directions on how to use the main TV. Three of us couldn't figure it out. Fortunately, it was stuck on the horse racing channel, which was fine with me because it was Preakness weekend! Would definitely recommend this unit, and would certainly rent again.

I felt they were welcoming and passionate about customer satisfaction! The employees were super nice over the phone and continued their kindness in person when my dad and I picked you our keys! Their first impression was spot-on!

The pool was a great size and temperature. The trails were enjoyable to walk at all times of the day and the cafe was nice and relaxing. Our favorite spot was underneath the cafe in the outside shaded sitting area! The rental was very clean and modern looking! The balcony was a good size for 2 people. Our beverages stayed cold in the fridge and walking into the rental after a long day in the sun was great!

The staff was friendly and allowed me to check in about 30 minutes early since we arrived earlier than expected after a long day of traveling. We had a blast and the condo was great - the property was very nice, just wished there were more amenities.

We did really enjoy our stay overall - it was fantastic. The only complaint is that we had to purchase a lot of basic things for our stay such as garbage bags, paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, coffee filters, coffee, kitchen cleaner/spray etc.... Most of which ended up being left behind for the next guests or going in the trash which seemed like a waste of money. While there was a small bottle of dish soap and a single use of laundry detergent, those didn't last long at all, so we spent a lot of money restocking these basic things. They pool area was great, we were very happy to see that the bar was open everyday and that music was playing. MGR RESPONSE: Thank you for reminding future guests our units are self-catered and, other than a starter supply of basics, guests provide for themselves for the remainder of their stay.
