Easy to reach via telephone and emails. Quick and helpful responses. Very friendly and accommodating. All directions and information provided were clear and easy to understand.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing time. Weather was beautiful and location was very convenient for both shopping, restaurants, and site-seeing.. Pool is very large and we really appreciated the easy walk in entrances on both ends, especially our 3 year old grandson. It fully met and in some cases exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend it.

The condo at the Mariners Club was perfect for our family. Super conenient to the walk-in pool and the nearby parks. We had a great time in Key Largo and the surrounding area. We hope to be back on a regular basis.

Perfect getaway for a family of five looking to live as similarly to a local as possible. The kitchen was fully stocked. We were able to eat in and cook full meals, which may be of interest to those who don't want to dine out every night of their stay. The living room lended well to movie nights and game nights. Speaking of the latter, we were about to head to the nearest CVS (5-minutes north on the highway - very convenient), but we discovered that the unit had a decent selection of games and puzzles already within one of the living room cabinets. If there's any recommendation I could give to BVR, it'd be to call this out in their welcome binder/guide book, but the search for this game treasure trove wasn't a big deal. As for the complex, we didn't take advantage of the pool, but we did use the gym. It comes with a dumbbell rack, treadmills, bikes, a rowing machine, and a squat rack--all the equipment you'd need for a standard workout. We also walked to the pier by the marina, which gifted us with a great view of the ocean/sunset. The location of the complex is located 1.5 hours from Key West, and 1.5 hours from Miami. Something to consider, if you're planning excursions at either location. We didn't mind the drive since the views make time fly anyway. Other than a slight hiccup with our late check-in (we were provided the wrong lockbox code via phone, but Anne - my hero! - quickly responded to our text with the correct code within 30 minutes of our attempt to unlock the box), I highly recommend this AirBnB. My family and I loved our stay and will book with BVR for our next adventure in the Keys.

Lovely property and unit 4 STARS If they just had salt and pepper shakers and an extra roll of toilet paper it would have been a perfect rating. Very clean. We loved the location and the amenities. We would like guests to understand for safety and sanitary reasons, hotel/motel regulations do not allow opened foodstuffs...like salt and pepper...to be left in a unit. Our accommodations are all self-catered and therefore, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions as well as in the reminder email that is sent to guests a few days prior to arrival, only a starter pack of products are supplied. A starter pack includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and guests supply additional provisions as necessary. We are happy to know you otherwise enjoyed 803 Mariners Club as well as Mariners Club amenities...we hope you will return soon!

5 Star! Excellent rental unit! Our stay at Mariners cove was great. the unit was clean and well appointed for our group of 7. The grounds were well cared for and the pool was fantastic.

Great space! Lots of storage and large living/ kitchen areas accommodate a big group. This was a fun place to stay, with a beautiful pool. No view from the patio, and it gets loud out there with all the air conditioners around you running. Be sure to bring a can opener, extra toilet paper, salt and pepper, and shampoo. Response from Barefeet Vacation Rentals: We are happy you enjoyed your stay and found it to be a great space! We will certainly see the can opener is replaced...we apologize we overlooked it was missing. Thank you for reminding future guests our units are self-catered and only furnish a starter pack of paper products and guests provide for themselves thereafter. We try to be very specific in the amenities section of each property as well as in our Terms and Conditions about what the rentals do and do not provide.

Our unit was very well appointed and very clean. This unit was perfect. The check in process was smooth as well. Overall we had a GREAT stay! We loved hanging out around the marina and watching the boats come and go. The email we received prior to check in indicated there would be no pool towels, so we lugged some down from Kentucky in our luggage. When we arrived, there was a nice fresh basket of pool towels, which was great - might be helpful to update the email though so guests don't unnecessarily bring their own. MGR RESPONSE: Because each unit is individually owned and owners provide differently, unfortunately there's no one answer that coves every property for things like pool towels. Sorry about that!

Four of us came for a fishing getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The views out over the marina helped complete the relaxing vacation experience. The terrace was our favorite place in the morning to start our day with a cup of coffee. Communication with the rental management company was very good.

Very nicely maintained. 5 STARS The condominium was very spacious and in good condition. The kitchen was well stocked with the tools for cooking. There were plenty of towels. 5 Star! We had a great time! The weather was gorgeous and the Mariners Club pool area was welcoming and clean. We enjoyed it every day. The Grotto was under repair-that was disappointing. The staff were efficient and pleasant. The unit needs a couple of few things done to it, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our stay. All of the appliances were fully functional and the supplies provided were adequate. We would definitely stay at Mariners Club again! This was our third time being there and I see a fourth on the palm tree dotted horizon. Management RESPONSE: Your 'palm tree-dotted horizon' comment gave me a BIG smile, Kathy! In addition to the new appliances, the homeowner does have plans of additional replacements and upgrades so stay tuned and please return soon!

Everything was very smooth and they did a great job of communicating with me prior to checking in. Process of picking up key was simple, they stayed in communication about the rental, letting me know what was available in the unit, check in and check out process, etc. Plus they were really pleasant!

All of our interactions were good! Barefeet Rentals was easy to work with, very responsive and made the whole rental experience a pleasant one!

We really liked the unit. A few things had to be addressed, like the shower drain and the sink faucet, but it was taken care of promptly. We didn't find the furniture very comfortable, though. That was a drawback. Also, the fact there were no drawers for clothing was a little annoying.

They went out of their way to get me in early, which was great as I had little sleep on plane.

I own a similar condo in Hawaii which is rented out, so I am familiar with the process and I give this experience high marks. Very nice condo. Everything worked.

Great view and pool. We had a wonderful stay. Second pool was closed. Some renovations still going on from after the storm.

Very helpful when original unit was flooded and unavailable moved us to different unit. Called maintenance about blinds not closing and they did good job resolving issue would have been nice if they had informed us this problem was already being taken care of when we checked in. MGR RESPONSE: Our apologies...the office staff that perform the check-ins do not coordinate maintenance so they are not always in the loop as repairs are scheduled and in process.

5 Star!! The property was beautiful and immaculate with an amazing view of the water. What a beautiful condo. The location was the best.. 4th floor with amazing views of the water. We saw the sunrise every morning. The complex had a heated pool and a Jacuzzi. The ad stated that it was newly renovated and what a great job they did. The king size bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with every convenience. We would highly recommend this unit. Manager's RESPONSE: Wonderful, Tracey! Called for a last minute rental and Mary was so helpful. Also, she showed up many other options for future stays and monthly rentals. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Properties are first rate.

Very nice condo. Great view and close to the pool. Nice accommodations and comfy beds. Must be able to use stairs.
