This modest, 3rd floor, (3-flights of stairs and no elevator) 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a quick weekend adventure or an extended stay. An open concept living and dining area make it easy for the cook to be engaged while preparing the days catch or the fixins for your picnic at the pool.
A large, wrap patio takes advantage of the cooling tropical breezes while being surrounded by lush mature vegetation including numerous palm trees and flowering bushes.
Need dockage? There are a limited number of slips available for an additional fee. Please call or email as arrangements MUST be made in advance! Can accommodate up to a 32'boat.
