This is your perfect start to an unforgettable vacation! 705 Mariners Club is a 3-bedroom, 3-story townhouse reflecting distinctive pride of ownership.
The ground floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest quarters is so inviting…flooded with natural lighting and decorated in warm tones. It’s a perfect accommodation for a bride and her entourage to get ready on that special day, a place for the kid’s to hangout and game or a peaceful place for the grandparents to relax. A kitchenette offers a microwave and full-size fridge, a toaster and coffee pot while the lounge has a flatscreen TV, leather sleeper sofa and a queen-size bed in the bedroom. There is also a 4-pc bath on this level.
An interior stairway leads to the 2nd level which encompasses an open plan of kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with gorgeous, granite topped wood cabinetry while an open-air patio off the living room invites the island-living-vibe throughout. A half-bath is also on this floor.
The master bedroom is on the 3rd floor offering a king-size bed and an extended floorplan creating a perfect nook for morning meditation or to catch up on your reading. A beautiful ensuite bath starring a spa tub, separate glassed shower and his-and-hers sinks.
The 3rd bedroom is also on this third floor with 2-single beds, one with a trundle so 3 can sleep separately. This guest room also has a full, ensuite bath.
All bedrooms and both living rooms have TV's.

I would recommend anyone visiting key largo to stay there and I would stay there again! The condo/townhouse was amazing! Certainly exceeded all expectations. The pool and amenities were better than most resorts! Our water went out but only for an hour and both Mariners Club and Barefoot rentals were notified and it was resolved quickly. Suggestion: Make sure you visit Key Largo backyard fishery for lunch- great fresh seafood, live music, fun for the kids (saw a mama and baby manatee). Manager's response: Thank you for your glowing review and we are glad you didn't allow a temporary inconvenience affect your enjoying 705 Mariners Club. Come back soon!

We had absolutely everything we needed at the condo. It was clean, organized and well stocked. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Well maintained. We would stay here again. Suggestions: Fishing at the pier on site. Kayaking through the mangroves- we went through a smaller spot near Tavernier but Robbies also has kayaking. Rent a boat and go to the sand bar. Hike the trails at John Pennenkamp or snorkel there. We loved Ballyhoos for dinner. Fishing charter ( we liked Phil at Robbies the best- we did 5 charters)

Unit 705 was beautiful, modern, and very clean. I wish there had been additional furniture or cabinetry in the kitchen (which is beautiful and spacious!) to hold our groceries. We didn't have a good place to store chips, bread, or fruit that didn't need to be cold (like bananas). It might seem like a minor thing, but it had a big impact at our meals trying to move things around to prep and eat.

Very nice but was disappointed with no suggestions of places to go on a personal level. The check in girl was very nice but did not have any suggestions for restaurant's or activities. It would be nice to know the favorite places to visit while in the area. MGR RESPONSE: We have a newer front desk assistant who lives on the mainland and not on the island here so she's having to learn her favorites!

Over all we enjoyed our stay and would most likely come back. We own a vacation rental ourselves and I think its very important to let the owner know how they can improve his rental. Very nice location and pool setting was fabulous. The cleaning on the place needed some more detailing. The towels had stains on them. The twin bed Mattress we thought was bad but it was the support system underneath that need attention. The cleaning people did come back in immediately and met are needs. Some deep cleaning was needed. I think if the owner spent some money on new towels, rugs and bedding along with requesting the cleaning to be more detailed it would be top notch. Enjoyed our time there. MGR RESPONSE: Even though a deep cleaning was performed just prior to Christmas, this has been a very busy rental so an additional cleaning beyond the normal has been scheduled. Additionally, the replacement of linens and towels that were not to our standard have been replaced as well as the new microwave door handle finally arrived and has now been replaced! We addressed the cabinet organization with our inspection staff and following up we see they are doing a better job of making sure the presentation is better as well. Thank you for that feedback!
