Lovely bayside townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths on the main floor and a studio apartment ground floor with a kitchenette accessible via an exterior staircase and just steps to the heated swimming pool.
An updated kitchen with stainless appliances and a southwestern flare offers an open sightline into the livingroom for ease of conversation while the chef-of-the day prepares meals.
The master bedroom has a king bed and work nook while the guest bedroom on this level has a queen. The ground floor studio offers private accommodations accessible via an outside staircase (no interior access) with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom for the nanny or in-laws.
Hop on your boat and in a minute be out on Blackwater Sound fishing, tubing or just a leisurely boat ride. This boat slip has a 24' maximum length (including bow extension and engines in the up position. ($100,000 minimum liability insurance required to be on file prior to bringing the boat into the marina.) The boat can be launched and trailers stored at nearby Caribbean Club for an additional fee. No boat trailer storage or launch facilities are available within the gates of Moon Bay. (Additional charge applies if needing the boat slip).
Moon Bay offers many amenities in this gated property. The shared pool is heated and for little ones...there is a shallow depth children's pool as well. Recently renovated tennis courts and game area with basketball, shuffleboard and other outdoor game opportunities. The clubhouse offers ping-pong, foosball, bathrooms, steam rooms, TV and kitchen facilities and also a roof top sunning area. A great place to enjoy beautiful sunsets! Picnic tables with charcoal grills are conveniently located at the marina and clubhouse area.
Moon Bay is located just over one mile from John Pennekamp State Park. Restaurants and bars abound. Some in walking distance.

The staff was very accommodating and quick to help when we were later than we expected and was very helpful with an issue of proof of ID and we used cellphone to send photo ID.

We loved B105 We cannot wait to be here again in March 2023, already reserved! B105 is in an Ideal location on the property. Loved the marina area, the clubhouse BBQ area just a perfect time for our family. We recommend The History of Diving Museum, Turtle Hospital in Marathon, Fl. The charter fishing and having local restaurants cook your catch. Kayaking right off the marina And the local restaurants.

We had a great time. Each child had their own space, and we needed the porch and multiple baths for drying SCUBA gear and bathing suits! Property was as expected, but needs a deep clean, paint job, and renovation. Parking situation not ideal. There was only one space, not close to the unit. Someone else kept parking in the B105 spot, but when we left our car in a different space (only for a few hours), we received a note warning about getting towed if we parked anywhere but the assigned spot. There were several things that were thoughtfully included that were great- laundry (as expected), but also a drying rack on the porch and a dehumidifier in the basement bathroom. Really helped drying bathing suits, towels, and wetsuits. We had an issue with the A/C, which was promptly addressed and repaired. We recommend SCUBA! Benfield wreck, Molasses reef and French reef. We used Rainbow Reef dive center. MGR RESPONSE: Deep cleaning scheduled and painting planned so please return and see the improvements!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the unit, it was very comfortable and spacious. We had six people and never felt crowded. There was plenty of furniture, and furniture and beds were quite comfortable. Only piece we had an issue with was the ottoman, which was broken and couldnt be used even to put our feet up. Very well equipped, lots of dishes, silverware, glasses - you dont have to wash all the dishes after each meal to have enough clean dishes for the next meal.
Amenities at the unit included great pool, fishing off the dock, bean bag toss and ping pong in the club house, lots of hammocks and hammock swings, kayaks. Within a couple miles of John Pennekamp State Park. Lots of boating and fishing charters available. We went for a cruise on The African Queen. Tour Pigeon Key, drive to Key West.

We will be definitely be back! We had a problem with the water in the bathroom and it was fixed within an hour. Very beautiful place! Very friendly people! It has a lot of things to do. And everybody seems to get together at night and hangs out at the tiki bar and the club house.

I really enjoyed staying at moon day with the boat dock and the fishing off the dock , ice Machine was nice , the sunset was beautiful and the pool , Nice restaurants near the condo the only thing is that the recreation room was closed because of remodeling , parking was a little difficult we only get one parking slot , if there is any guest spots available you can take that but not very many and we had two cars , I would definitely stay here again
