The second entrance leads into the foyer and up a flight of stairs into the main living area on the second floor. Tile floors are throughout this spacious, open floor plan which belies the fact you are in a townhouse.  The kitchen affords the chef-of-the-day room for helping hands for meal preparations.  Beautiful wood cabinetry, granite counters and stainless appliances round out this space.  The dining area is designed for easy flow and comfortable seating for your whole family.  The living area sports cottage-style furnishings and a large, flatscreen TV with sliding doors out to the lovely covered patio. There is also a half-bath on this level.  

If you need a quiet spot to indulge in a good book or just for some quiet reflection time, come up to the 3rd-floor master suite.  Here you’ll find a king bed with flat screened tv, an ensuite bath with his-n-hers sinks topped with granite counters, a large soaking tub and a separate glassed shower.

The property was beautiful. We loved the pool and the sandy beach area. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained and the landscaping and views were amazing. While we loved the property, we felt there was room for improvement at unit 708. The following are our comments on the condo unit: 1. Consider adding ceiling fans. We were encouraged to keep the air at 73 and the rooms got incredibly stuffy at times 2. More cleaning supplies, such as disinfectant spray, dish towels and a dust pan. Additional bedding and blankets. 3. The unit stated it slept 8, however we felt there was not enough blankets and pillow cases for the two individuals sleeping on the couch. (MGR RESPONSE: Next time you visit and note a deficiency of any kind, please let us know...we are only a phone call away and are happy to accommodate!)

Unit was very clean, all basics were provided, and excellent communication throughout the entire rental process. Loved the location, the pool and amenities. We did have to call security a couple of times because of the very loud partiers next store to us late at night, but they handled it immediately. Very professional.

Great place lots of room for the family to spread out. One issue we had was the lack of lighting in the kitchen. The overhead light was not enough to light the room and the lights over the stove were burnt out. There were a couple of other lights in the unit that were burnt out too. MGR RESPONSE: Thank you for your feedback...we will pass this along to the homeowner for consideration in changing to a brighter light fixture. The family comes for the scuba diving with Rainbow Reef. We have also enjoyed Dolphins Plus dolphin encounters.

I originally booked through VRBO and then the owner sold unit. Communication from Barefeet about the change, new process for payment, etc. was done exceptionally well. When it came to the day of and travel was not as expected, calling and making sure we'd get our welcome packet before closing was handled well too. Called about a water issue during the office's lunch hour. After 45 min after their return, no one had called me back yet to let me know if they received my message, etc. so I called again at which point they did tell me what was wrong and that it was in the process of being fixed. (MGR RESPONSE: Our apologies - it was an area-wide outage and we were simply unable to timely notify all affected properties.)

Working for a construction company a few tiny electrical things stood out (light bulbs burnt out/not working, light switches in master bedroom didn't work, had to use lamp switches) Great space for our family. Clean, spacious, used pools, tennis/pickleball courts & fitness center, all were above expectations.

MRG RESPONSE: Our apologies, it came to light after reading your review our after-hours answering service was experiencing difficulties for a few days unbeknownst to us and we simply were not aware you were having an issue.
