The dining table seats 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. A sectional sofa and a 55” flat-screen TV in the living room offers the perfect front-row seat for any game-day enthusiast. Running the entire width of the villa, the covered veranda beckons you with an irresistible invitation to come to sit and unwind…leave your laptop…turn off your phone…just come sit and relish some ‘me’ time.
The master bedroom offers an equally superb water view, a king bed, a 42” flat-screen TV and an impressive ensuite with swank spa tub, glassed shower and separate water closet.
The first guest bedroom is perfect for the kids with two sets of bunks and a 42” LCD flat-screen TV. This bedroom also has a full ensuite bath.
The den has been converted to a third bedroom with a queen bed and a 32” flat-screen TV.

Fabulous! Our rental was very spacious and clean! Loved loved our view of the Atlantic ocean, enjoyed the hot tub grotto and all the amenities were exactly as advertised! One of the toilets kept running and running and would not flush. I was called back immediately and our issue was resolved promptly. We took a tiki boat ride. Ate at Sundowners (at sunset), enjoyed the relaxed local restaurant and bar at Sharkeys. However, it was our time at the Mariner Bay Club that we really enjoyed. The hot tub, beach area and the game room.

we had a great time. The view was great. The door in the master bedroom won,t lock, it was broken which we don,t notice til Monday night. But I would highly recommend this unit. The extra bedroom where the bunk beds are desperately needs a ceiling fan. Even with the air on the lowest setting allowed that room would be hot. So we would freeze in the main area just to try to keep that room from being any hotter. The hot tub with the waterfall is amazing and the fishing at the pier is great. Off of grounds activities are of course snorkeling , Molasses Reef is the best. Hobos Restaurant is great, highly recommend.
