115 Mariners Club offers an open floor plan for ease of entertaining and interacting with your family. Whether cooking up something special in the well-stocked, well-appointed kitchen, featuring high-end stainless appliances, striking wood cabinetry topped with a deep-toned lux granite, relaxing around the large dining room table, which seats 6 comfortably with extra seating at the breakfast bar, or catching the game on the large flat-screen TV in the living room or simply shutting off all the electronics and get back to the basics and share a rousing board game…there’s plenty of room to make the forever-memories you came here for.
Villa 115 offers 2 formal bedrooms and converted the den into a 3rd bedroom (no closet) to sleep 6 comfortably in beds. (Maximum allowed occupancy is 8. Please see Terms and Conditions for maximum occupancy definition.) Each of the two formal bedrooms have private ensuites and the main living area has a two-piece half-bath (toilet and sink) for guests. Understanding that some guests may need to conduct a little work while on vacation, the highest Wifi speed is offered at no cost to you.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, large flat screen TV, a luxury ensuite with spa tub, glassed shower and a separate toilet and bidet.
Guest bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, flatscreen TV and a full ensuite bath.
Guest bedroom 2 is the converted den and has two single beds and flat screen TV.

Nicely appointed condominium in a pretty setting, convenient to many activities. Scuba diving with Rainbow Reef, renting a Hobie Cat from Caribbean Watersports for a sail in the gulf, and renting bikes from Key Largo Bikes and Adventure tours and heading south to Islamorada.

We love the Keys and we have stayed at Mariners many times before. This time there were a lot of things that we were disappointed in. The hot tub wasn't working all week, the main pool was not heated so all the guests were using the smaller pool and it was very crowded especially during Covid. Loved renting the boat and heading out to Molasses Reef and down to Islamoroda.

The villa far exceeded our expectations. It is exactly like pictured or better. Tons of space. Loved having a washer and dryer. The patio overlooking the marina was one of our favorite places to hang out. Pools and hot tubs are great and the kids loved the game room. We even enjoyed talking to the ladies at the front gate.

Excellent property! Beautiful condo. Lots of space. It isnt often that a rental property is more beautiful than the pictures, but this is definitely the case with 115. It was everything we could have wanted and so much more for a relaxing vacation. We also loved the property with two huge pools and two nice hot tubs. The boys also enjoyed the game room. Even the ladies at the front gate were great! No complaints at all. We will definitely stay here again. We enjoyed diving, John Pennekamp bottom ride, Robbies tarpon feeding, Theater of the Sea

The property had everything but ocean access to swim (which I knew it did not). Even its location in the property was perfect. Its location on the property was perfect Saying it sleeps 8 is a stretch since it only has 6 beds. A cot would be a simple addition. (MGR RESPONSE: The description does state it sleeps 6 with a maximum occupancy of 8. That 8 number is the maximum number of guests permitted, even if they are only stopping into the resort to visit you). We stayed a week and did key west, bahia HOnda, turtle hospital, robbies, sombrero beach, snorkeled from shore ince at Pennecamp and also a boat snorkel and Miami. Each and Little Havana. It is such a great location in the keys to check it all out and return to your private area and watch the marina

Very clean, nice location. The kitchen alone was incredible and well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the master bath was the stuff of my wifes dreams. The pools were spectacular and many local attractions were nearby, including great restaurants.

We really enjoyed the stay. Security was well provided and appreciated. The condo was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location next to the waterfall spa, the big pool, and little clubhouse. Wonderful view overlooking the boats and out to the Atlantic Ocean.
Lots of rules required by both The Mariner's Club and Barefeet rentals, but that may be normal. Hopefully, they are transitioning to a key code entry so when you are returning to the club, you don't have to wait for the guard to return to open the gate. Our only disappointment was the boat slip assigned to us. It had no ladder or wooden dock for safe access into and out of our boat, especially for children.
