Wall-to-wall sliding glass doors lead from the private oceanfront terrace to the villa’s open-plan great room featuring a clean-lined modern coastal interior with luxury features everywhere: Free highspeed WiFi, premier cable, in-ceiling Sonos audio system, giant sectional sofa with ottoman in front of a 65-inch QLED-TV, and so much more!

The spacious and fully-stocked kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless KitchenAid appliances, dark wood cabinetry and glistening granite counters offering open sightlines to the amazing oceanfront while preparing your favorite meals. Across the board from the table and glassware to the espresso machine and the blender, everything is a step above in quality and selection what one normally finds in a vacation rental. The dining area seats six and an inviting breakfast bar offers additional seating for 4.

Bedroom 1 – Master suite with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, a king-size bed with a luxury Tempur-Pedic mattress, 42-inch flatscreen HD-TV, large walk-in closet and a luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring granite topped his-n-hers vanities, a jacuzzi tub and a glassed-in luxury spa rainshower system.

Bedroom 2 – A second master suite overlooking the marina featuring two luxurious queen beds with memory foam mattresses, 42-inch flatscreen HD-TV and a full ensuite bathroom with granite-topped vanity and luxury spa rainshower system.

Bedroom 3 – A cozy guest bedroom featuring a queen bed with a luxury Tempur-Pedic mattress.
