Enter ground floor and have access to the private, ground floor apartment with 1-bedroom (king bed with flatscreen TV) and a full bath. There’s a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, a dinette table for two and a comfy sofa and large, flatscreen TV. Elegant and perfect with a connecting door to the main apartment.
The second entrance leads into the foyer and up a flight of stairs into the main living area on the second floor main living area. The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinetry, granite counters and stainless appliances. The dining area is designed for easy flow with seating for 6 and extra seating at the breakfast bar. A cushy sectional sofa in the livingroom with a large, flatscreen TV leads out to a lovely screened patio.
A guest bedroom on this level has a queen bed. A full 4-pc bath rounds out the 2nd-floor highlights.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. We especially enjoyed the grotto hot tub. The rental was very clean and had everything that we needed. The check-in was a little confusing, since it was after hours. One of the closet doors was off the tracks, and we reported it. It wasn't any inconvenience to us though.

They were very courteous and quick to return phone calls and answer questions. They also provided good suggestions on things to do in the area. Barefeet Vacation rentals were easy to work with. Including beach towels and plastic pool cups for our use was a nice touch!

Good space for two families of 4. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. All the necessary kitchen items were there and in good usable shape. Individual laundry for each unit was wonderful and convenience and beach towels included was a nice touch through Barefeet Rentals. The pool was huge and a great hangout! Teenagers loved the hottubs, game room and gym. Gates entrance kept it safe and family friendly.

great security, great workout facility, great pool, abundant pool chairs (none broken), good WiFi, full sized working appliances, plenty of room, large bedrooms, screened in porch with padded furniture, great location, quiet, keypad entry (no keys to lose), outside was clean, garbage and recycle bins put out and brought in, plenty of bath linens In spite of all positives the dining room table needs repair, the pillows were too flat, the 2 king beds on the 3rd level were too hard, the thermostat was difficult to adjust (no read out when changing, not consistent on holding a temp), the Jacuzzi tub put out black debris when operated. (Mgr response - we will take a look at the pillows and replace where necessary...the thermostats on the two central AC units have a humidity control to prevent an issue arising from our trropical temperatures so you may notiice it adjusting automatically if it senses high humidity. Thank you for your feedback!)

We were there for a weeklong dive trip with some friends. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for diving however the condo was amazing and the amenities at the resort were fantastic. Its in a great area and close to a lot of good restaurants and things to do. Not far from Pennekamp which is where we did a couple of days of kayaking since we couldnt drive. Would highly recommend this place

First of all, the pool was AMAZING! Huge, with two zero entry areas to hang out in the shade. Property was very well maintained and very short walk to the pool. Loved the separate downstairs bedroom/kitchenette/tv area! Really nice for two families! Would stay there again for sure. We had an excellent stay here with our family of seven. The town home is very spacious with plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. Space for 2 cars and a quiet neighborhood. The amenities at the resort were exceptional - with 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, a fantastic game room, a marina and many options to just relax and enjoy the Keys. With grocery stores and other Keys adventures nearby, this was a great choice to stay and relax together. Highly recommend!

A very comfortable and clean property. Renting it was painless. The private community is very safe and the pools were fantastic. The kids really liked the game room. 4 out 5 stars just because some of the furniture in the living area needs updating and/or is about to break. Overall, a good value. The downstairs is a completely private accommodation. The property slept all 8 of us comfortably. Parking for 2 out front, with some overflow nearby. No views from the balconies but screened in with fans make for an enjoyable hangout spot.
