A recent refresh of paint, furnishings and designer upgrades make this three-story townhouse with over 2600 sq of living space the perfect home-away-from-home for even the most particular traveler.
Enter ground floor and have access to the private, ground floor apartment with 1-bedroom (king bed with flatscreen TV) and a full bath. There’s a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, a dinette table for two and a comfy sofa and large, flatscreen TV. Elegant and perfect with a connecting door to the main apartment.
The second entrance leads into the foyer and up a flight of stairs into the main living area on the second floor main living area. The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinetry, granite counters and stainless appliances. The dining area is designed for easy flow with seating for 6 and extra seating at the breakfast bar. A cushy sectional sofa in the livingroom with a large, flatscreen TV leads out to a lovely screened patio.
A guest bedroom on this level has a queen bed. A full 4-pc bath rounds out the 2nd-floor highlights.
The second flight of stairs leads up to the 3rd-floor bedrooms. Good house, and great location for most things especially water sports. Would have been conveniant if Mariners club had a restaurant. Would have been even better if Dining facilities could have seated 10 people at the same time.

This was a senior (over 50) girls trip , we enjoyed the great weather and the beautiful pool at the resort. The accommodations were spacious with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The steps kept us all in good shape. It was convenient to many different restaurants and when we did not feel like going out most places delivered . Our biggest complaint was the dining room table that had only 4 chairs in a place that accommodated 6/8 people. We also sent some other suggestions for improvements to owner .

Our stay was great! We had 4 couples and one did not do stairs well, so they took the spacious ground level suite with kitchenette. We all enjoyed the large living room -dining room , kitchen and outdoor lanai for our group planning and happy hour! We never felt crowded in this spacious and well-appointed condo. The grounds and the pools were spectacular and we even got in some paddle ball and some tennis just a stones throw from our condo. Gate access and security were excellent. We will rent it again on our next trip!

Three generations were able to stay in a large, beautiful townhouse at Mariners Inn. There was nine of us in all but the way the townhouse was laid out we never felt crowded. It was nice to have areas that we could spread out and yet still have a large area that we could come together for meals and fun. The pool was a big hit with young and old alike. The location made it easy to head to all of our favorite spots in the Keys. A great time and a wonderful place to stay. Would do it all again.
