This tri-level, 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse is well appointed for self-catered living. Everything needed to enjoy paradise in luxury with extra features including glass-enclosed extended living room and master bedroom and top-of-the-line kitchen appliances.
Fishing enthusiasts will particularly enjoy 207 Mariners Club as the location is a short, easy walk to the marina. The garage is available to securely store your gear and an extra refrigerator/freezer is provided to preserve the days catch and your beverages cold as you relax outside on the covered patio recalling the excitement of the day at sea.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1 - The marina front master suite offers a king bed, a desk on the glass enclosed patio with a marina-view, a flatscreen TV, walk-in closet and a stately master ensuite featuring a spa tub, a glassed shower and his-n-hers vanities.
Bedroom 2 – A second master suite with a queen bed, flatscreen TV and a full, 4-pc ensuite bath.
Bedroom 3 – Is the smallest of the 3 bedrooms and offers a flatscreen TV and a trundle bed for sleeping 2.
Additional sleeping available utilizing the full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
3-7 night minimum stay requirement determined by time of year. No arrivals on Christmas day.

Kitchen was nice! The location is nice, but the overall condo is very dated. It was clean and comfortable, but for the money, I would not recommend. It needs upgrading. I stayed at Mariners Club about 7 years ago, the property has just not been meticulously maintained. (MGR RESPONSE: Good news...the homeowner has just replaced her livingroom sofa and love seat - I would be interested to get further feedback as to what you think she could do to make your next stay more comfortable. Everything was great and we would definitely recommend!! The only reason I rated the property 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the air conditioning unit. The bedroom downstairs was warm compared to the rest of the house.... in the Master bedroom, the air system was very loud when it kicked on. If we were watching tv, we would need to bring the volume of the tv up to hear over the air. Im a light sleeper and it woke me up a couple of times in the middle of the night. My husband slept through it.
