When we arrived at the condo we had no hot water, I called Ashley, the maintenance man came right away, he had to replace the insta hot water unit. It was replaced, and we had hot water! Inconvenient, but fixed immediately! We were there for a wedding, so that event kept us busy. We did go to the Lorelei restaurant, it is fun, good food, great entertainment and a great view of the sunset! Just get there early, or you could have a long wait time! Wahoo Grill is also great.

Gorgeous, clean, comfortable, great setting. We had a terrific stay. Couldn't figure out how to get the bedroom TVs to work so some instructions at the rental would be useful. Highly recommend Out There Kayak Expeditions. And John Pennekamp State Park for swimming, snorkeling and fishing. Hit Key Largo Conch House, we recommend the gator bites. I ordered unsweetened iced tea and they brought a French press with loose tea graves and ample ice, perfect. Had great grilled mayo and avocado.

The unit was very clean and when the ice machine didnt work someone brought us bags of ice. It wouldve been nice to have some recommendations of places to go see and do in the unit. Especially restaurants. (MGR RESPONSE - At check-in we provide a folder with Things To Do and discount coupons to many local establishments so I'm not sure what happened in this instance, our apologies).

I loved the location and the views of the marina. Unit was very spacious. The downsides: the was no pull-out couch in the living room. Also, the table & chairs on the balcony are way, way too big for the space. We turned it sideways and it still was difficult for everyone to move around. Diving is #1 for me. Next time I plan to rent a boat since there's water everywhere to explore.

Great unit. The only recommendation is for a blue tooth speaker. There was no ability to play music if you didnt bring your own speaker. This is not a complaint, it is a recommendation.
