everything was nice

Everyone was friendly and helpful - before and during our vacation.

Had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the pools and grounds and easy access to local sites for entertainment and food.

The fact that you cannot check in until 4 PM and must come to the office and then drive to the unit and really get checked in at 5:00 is not acceptable to me. Then having to check out at 10 AM means you pay for a day that you dont have the benefit of using. The cleaning people did not knock and let themselves into our unit at 10:01 while we were finishing loading the car. Plus you need to wash the dishes and take out the trash when the dumpster is very close by- with the cleaning fee that should be taken care of for guests.

Unit 313 was breathtaking! The guard gate at Mariners Club is either short staffed or not well run. You need to count on waiting 5-10 mins for the guard to process all the cars ahead of you or to return from their break or rounds.

The company was responsive to all communication and was pleasant to do business with.

It was a nice place, great view, and we felt safe. The only negative thing about the condo was that the front door is 100% transparent glass with no covering. A $50 purchase for blinds would serve the place well and give renters security, privacy, and peace of mind.

Awesome grounds huge beautiful condo! Zero entry pool is amazing and the facilities are everything that you need. Great gym, awesome pools and fun hot tub with water feature. Was a wonderful trip! Would definitely stay here again!

We did the kayaking ecotour thru Paddle and it was great. We had a fabulous time. We also when deep see fishing with Captain Don of the Kay K and caught maui and sailfish. We had our own boat and used it everyday to go out to Rogriquez island and to dinner at local restaurants. The marina was super convenient and the staff at the marina were awesome.

The only issue is that the cabinets are extremely high therefore a step stool should be provided. I am short, but not that short, 5 feet 2 inches, but even my husband who is 5 feet 10 inches struggled with top cabinets. Boating and the pool was superb

Professional and helpful

One of the toilets did not flush properly. For future guests leave more trash bags in the kitchen. Thank you Managers RESPONSE: Thank you for taking the time to review 131 Mariners Club. I wish we had received a maintenance call during your stay and would have looked into the toilet issue. We do provide helpful information in the Terms and Conditions where we explain that just a starter supply is provided of items such as trash bags.

We found the property nice but little things like a toaster that didnt work, toilet that we had to plunge And the limited supply of household items such as garbage bags and toilet paper seemed like inconveniences that really shouldnt happen at the price point we paid. Also, it would be nice if we were given information about the property- fitness center and clubhouse rules for example. (MGR RESPONSE: Thank you for bringing the toaster issue to our attention, it was replaced immediately and the toilet was addressed as well. Information on our website is available prior to booking and emails sent before arrival explain the properties are self-catered and therefore only a starter supply of products are provided and guests take care of any additional needs during their stay. Additionally, in the initial Welcome email there is a link to download the Rules & Regulations of the community. We are open 7-days though and invite guests to call with any questions.)

We did a lot and recommend it all- snorkeling, fishing, parasailing, dolphins plus visit.

My luggage was lost from the airline and the staff at barefoot rentals was so kind and helpful.

Our family enjoyed the stay at ocean point key largo. The condo was super clean and comfortable the staff was amazing and helpful. The condo was perfect and comfortable the pool was amazing. SUGGESTED: We went snorkeling the experience for a first timer was super cool and was able to see all the coral and fish
