Katie was outstanding and helpful

It was clean and nice. Nothing outstanding, but I wasn't paying for outstanding. The bed was pretty terrible for anyone with any kind of back issues and mine are very mild. There has to be curtains put on the windows. The blinds made it bright all night and extremely bright after sunup.

Good service and guidance on what to do in Key Largo. Check in process was simple.

Nice property w great view. Location was convenient to variety of activities and restaurants.

The Rental Agency was very professional, helpful and was responsive to our request for checking out later which was greatly appreciated....

Five + Star for the team members. The staff at Barefeet Rentals was very responsive to our needs and was always willing to help us with any questions that we had prior to our visit. Sheila at Barefeet Rentals made sure that all of our questions were answered and didn't hesitate to reach out to other parties with questions that I had in regards to the marina and boat slip. Highly recommend Barefeet Rentals as we were treated with the upmost respect. We were updated with all the info needed to prepare for our trip and throughout our stay. Very Turn-key

Excellent property and in my opinion second to none. The property provide you with all the amenities you can ask for, large pool and pool deck with plenty of tables, upper sun deck area, clubhouse with games and lounging area. Outside includes single swings, beach area with chairs and dock space should you brig a boat 10+ stars Highly recommend B307 as the view looking over Florida Bay and the marina is spectacular is is the sunset view. We are already booking for 2022 The condo is spacious, clean and offers 2 beds 2 1/2 baths, washer/dryer. Had all the amenities that you need from plenty of towels to outdoor toys. SUGGESTED: John Pennekamp for snorkeling and or boat rental's. On Property there is Corn Hole, ping pong add more. We had our own boat and had fishing both inside the bay area as well as in the ocean. Great restaurants in the area such as Lazy Lobster, Big Chill and DiGiorgio's Cafe Largo. If you want a boat charter Drive to Islamorada to Post Card Inn and charter Time Out with Capt Mike and first mate Jeremy. Best charter and Capt Mike put us on fish all day

Beautiful place, clean, spacious. Great views. SUGGESTED: Sundowners restaurant, Harriett's for breakfast. Blond Giraffe Key Line pie factory. the pool in the development just relaxing in the balcony watching the boats go in and out.

Team members were on top of my rental, made sure my paperwork was completed on time, so there were no issues at the entry of the facility

We had a great stay. No issues at all. Would definitely stay again. The condo was very clean, beautiful location. Nicely decorated.

The young lady in the office was very helpful and we arrived a few hours early and she allowed us to check in at that time. (MGR RESPONSE: We are always happy to offer an early check-in when possible!)

This condo was amazing ocean point suites is an amazing place and barefeet rentals are very accommodating. The unit was in immaculate condition and looked just like the photos they took very good care of this unit and I would highly recommend it to another. There is a lot to do nearby including the dive museum and theatre of the sea as well as the harbour in Key Largo which is only a short drive which has the pilothouse restaurant and Key Largo fisheries backyard restaurants as well as sharky's bar-and-grill on the harbour

check in lady, super nice and helpful. Lady we emailed about the parking permits etc was nice and tried to be helpful but didn't have the right info

Nice layout, kitchen well stocked, pool is very nice and was fun to stay. The information for the house said we needed parking permits. There was nowhere that we were told how to do this and when we got ahold of the office they said they didn't know anything about this. They told us to go by the manager's office and check but others hadn't had to have it. The information for the rental also said the clubhouse could only be used by owners. This information needs to be updated and might be the problem of the moon bay owners and not the rental company. I am sure most people don't read the handouts but the parking permit part was highlighted. I did not want to be towed so we put a piece of paper with our rental number and phone number in the window as it said even though it wasn't a permit and didn't see this in others. MGR RESPONSE: Our apologies if the instructions were not clear - guests just need to register at the onsite Moon Bay office upon arrival. As to the clubhouse being only for owners, it is available for everyone to use it just cannot be reserved for private parties except by owners and even then the amenities are still open for all guests to use. We are happy to know you enjoyed your stay overall!

Great location and offered suggestions around the area to visit

They were nice we received to keys to the elevator. They were easy to contact and gave good directions.

We went to relax and we did. They could use a Keurig coffee maker. The rest was great. The Pilot House was a great restaurant. The drinks were good. The food was excellent. The Key Largo Fisheries caf was excellent. The frozen drinks were great!

This was our first time in Florida. The property was perfect. Very comfortable. The community was beautiful and well maintained. Price very reasonable. Needed extra linens and help with the fold out bed for my son. Staff immediately assisted. Suggestions: Definately take advantage of the pools and spas.

When the team reached out to welcome me to the rental they were very kind and I knew that it was going to be a good rental experience. Renting with the company was very easy and communication was straightforward and the process was very easy.

Overall the entire accommodations were good for a one-week stay without having to do things more than once unless you were doing an exorbitant amount of cooking. There was more than enough towels and cookware to do what you need to do without having to purchase your own. The unit was extremely clean and not a spot of dust or dirt anywhere. The unit was in an overall excellent condition. SUGGESTED: I would recommend that future guests visit the theater of the sea for their shows and I would also recommend that guests utilize the Florida Everglades for an airboat tour.

Friendly, polite, helpful and used Covid-19 precautions. Easy check in and check out, courteous, helpful staff. This is the second time we have used Barefeet Rentals.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. The view is just amazing and it's a very comfortable place to stay. We would definitely stay there again. Everyone that came to the condo raved about the view. Buttonwood Bay is a beautiful, safe place to stay. Unit H-5 has a spectacular view of the bay, is a well equipped with many amenities and has comfortable seating in the living room. Additionally, it is in a quiet part of the complex and not a lot of traffic. Suggestions: Running and bicycle riding on the bike path and riding the Long Key Bridge at Layton. We ride it every year and it's a beautiful ride. Riding down to Harry Harris Park. Snorkeling. Going to the Alligator Farm in Homestead for an airboat ride. Riding and walking the Old Seven Mile Bridge when it reopens and then lunch in Marathon at an outdoor restaurant. Going to Alabama Jacks for lunch and Lazy Days in Islamorada for dinner on the porch. Black Water Siren for dinner and buying fresh fish at Key Largo Fisheries.

The condo was very clean and well appointed. It served our group perfectly.

The property was very nice and clean. Our Condo overlooked the ocean and the sunrises were amazing. We saw several different kinds of birds along with manatees in the marina and enjoyed walking the grounds of Mariner's Club. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for our stay. It was steps away from the zero entry pool which was very convenient. It felt very safe on the grounds and everyone was very friendly. SUGGESTED: Definitely would recommend John Pennnecamp for kayaking or paddle boarding. We took a trip out with Sea Dwellers scuba diving and seen reef sharks, sting rays, sea turtles, and numerous types of coral. We went to the Turtle Hospital in Marathon and it was very interesting to learn about the different types of sea turtles and what we could do to help keep them safe. Restaurants that we visited included, Skippers, Back Yard Fisheries, and the famous Snappers, all did not disappoint!
