Easy check-in, clear communication

Gorgeous view. Comfortable seating for six adults in living/dining area. Third bedroom is really small without a good place to put your suitcase - would caution that it is better for kids than adults.

Beautiful property. We had three families comfortably together for a week.

Everyone that I talked to a Barefeet Rentals was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I had many questions and Mary, Sheila and the rest of the team were helpful and patient- and it lead to an amazing vacation with many great memories!

We all enjoyed our stay at 406 Mariners Club - we hope to be able to come back sometime!

it was great, beautiful property, very clean and safe for my toddler the rules about the thermostat are a little ridiculous though. MGR RESPONSE: We understand that unless you are from a very high humidity, tropical location, it seems unusual to request the AC unit not be set below 73*. Even though our AC's are serviced regularly when setting to a colder temperature, the coil is inclined to freeze and then the AC doesn't work at all.

Very easy to do business with Barefeet Rentals. The staff works hard to make sure we had an enjoyable vacation.

Very nice unit needs little things that I have already made Barefeet Rental aware of. Overall we like the location and what Mariners Club has to offer.

Mariner's offers a resort setting while feeling at home. Very Clean, up to date furniture and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking pans, oven sheets, cooking knives, mixing bowls... felt like my home. Our front door handle broke and was quickly fixed. The maintenance team called back within 15 minutes and arrived 15 minutes after. We had a great time in the pool and with our boat in the Marina.

What a great place with plenty of amenities for us to use. Wonderful place to go down to the Keys and located close to the marina.

It was great dealing with the people at Barefeet Rentals. If I had a question, they answered it immediately. They are so nice & tell you everything you need to know about your rental.

We had a great time at the Mariner's Club. The pool was great & the walk to the dock was nice. Great location to go to restaurants, fishing, snorkeling and lots of other activities. Great place with a wonderful view of the ocean. The place was perfect for my family of six. Place was clean and there were plenty of towels for showers. Everyone really enjoyed having their own bathrooms. Everyone had space to lay around & relax when we weren't out.

Property was very nice. The community felt very safe. If the unit truly accommodated 10 guests it would have been a great stay. MGR RESPONSE: Indeed the townhouse does accommodate a maximum of 10 guests, however, as in the description, it only sleeps 8 in beds. Due to the strict occupancy limits of Mariner's Club, we always like to be very clear about the maximum number of guests each of our units allows. We're happy you enjoyed your stay overall!

Beautiful, well maintained and quiet!

no complaints here, this is where a frequent traveler like me appreciates a smiling face and a warm reception and I received that from you, customer service is lacking nowadays and it's nice to see a company actually appreciate a customer. MGR RESPONSE: VERY happy to have this feedback, Aaron! We've considered a 'more efficient electronic' access for guests but we remain old-school, preferring to meet our guests in person upon arrival and departure. Thank you for the encouragement in this regard!

loved the location, loved the views, loved the Mariners Club, the inside of this wonderfully located condo needs more neutral decorations and repaint, fix the master bathroom shower door (it's glass and does not lineup properly) there is the potential for this thing to shatter, fix toilet paper holders in master and second bedroom bath, living area balcony door handle is loose. MGR RESPONSE: Thank you for alerting us to the shower door, slider handle and TP holder issues...these have all been repaired! We are passing along your recommendation, along with ours, to the homeowner to be painted in the off-season. As for the decor, we pride ourselves on taking accurate photos of each of our accommodations so guests see what they are getting prior to bookings. This, indeed, is a more formal decor than most island homes, thank you for those comments and feedback, Aaron.

Lovely, convenient unit with a wonderful view! - 5 stars - This unit had a great feel to it with marble flooring and a gorgeous view. We loved the convenience of being located right next to one of the pools and spas. We visited the Island Grill a few times, which is right through a gate on property, making driving unnecessary.
