They were very helpful and very responsive. For example, the elevator at the location was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. They had Michael meet us there and help carry all the luggage up the stairs. He offered to come back when we checked out and gave us his contact information, but we didnt need the help. We found an issue when we got to the unit and called Barefoot Rental. They immediately responded and resolved the issue.

Beautiful setting and emenities. Security was very good, and the unit was gorgeous.

Everyone was very friendly the person I talk to on the phone and the people at front gate. We enjoyed our stay.

we had a great time. The view was great. The door in the master bedroom won,t lock, it was broken which we don,t notice til Monday night. But I would highly recommend this unit. We didn't call for maintenance. MANAGER'S RESPONSE: Thank you for this information and know on your next stay to call maintenance and we will send someone to help.

Fantastic rental. Clean, comfortable, roomy, great amenities, great view, great value. We didnt cook. But we all noticed the very nice appliances. The kitchen is VERY well stocked. More than was promised which was a nice surprise. We were grateful for the closet of games and a cooler and items in the laundry closet that all made vacationing better! Thanks for the instructions literally on the remotes. Very helpful. And it made it so we didnt have to rely on one person to figure it out. SUGGESTED: The best sailing lesson is with Sarah at Tipsea Hippie out of Islander girls - female owned and operated!!

Prompt response to emails & texts. The office location was convenient & easy to find. The staff greeted us with a smile & were very friendly upon our arrival for check-in. Everything about our stay was explained clearly & they answered any of our questions.

Everything was wonderful! There were 4 of us in the condo & we had plenty of room. Brought our boat & stored the trailer in the parking lot as directed & the boat slip was spacious & the marina & ramp were clean & well maintained. The condo grounds were always clean & the pool was beautiful. Definitely recommend this condo,

Beautiful, clean unit. Beds are exceptionally hard. Didn't even know they made beds that hard. Had to sleep on couch due to the hard mattress. We did a Cruising Tiki Bar and loved it!

Staff was all very friendly. As advertized Easy check in.

Very enjoyable Two suggestions- instructions for the TVs and thermostat. T-stat seemed to have a mind of its own. (MGR RESPONSE: There is a humidity control on the smart thermostat so when it senses higher than normal humidity it adjusts the cooling to offset it).

Entire process from finding accommodations to checking in was flawless. Office staff, in particular Ashley, were always prompt in answering the phone and providing information prior to our arrival. We would book another rental from them with no qualms!

We really liked the unit itself and the bed in the master I would have liked to take home including the sheets! The living room couch left a lot to be desired regarding comfort. An ottoman or two would have helped provide a footrest as the coffee table has a lip on it and can't be used. We read in the evenings and couch comfort goes a long way to making that an enjoyable pastime. Towels were plentiful and nice. Think we have covered the unit so a little about the grounds. Finding a hotel quality luggage cart in excellent condition was a real plus. Elevators and building were clean during our stay. Didn't know there was a recycle bin in the trash room until we took out our first bag of trash. May be good to add the the folder that is given out that describes rules etc. Overall cleanliness of the entire complex was very good. Loved the pool but one can only take so much Jimmy Buffet :) Facilities at the pool were great and the snack bar is a real plus. Didn't eat at the restaurant but tried once. Now security; the lady who works at the gate should be given a raise. The entire stay she was friendly and if not at the gate, she was on the grounds. Pool rules clearly state "no audible sound devices" and sure enough first day a guest had a speaker playing loud enough to hear at the other end of the pool in contrast to the pool speakers. I wasn't to long before the security lady appeared and the music stopped. Very impressed. We had a great time and would go again. No question our favorite would be a snorkeling trip out of John Pennekamp Park. We have never seen so many fish on any other snorkel trip in the keys. In water time of 1 1/2 hours is great and so was the Captain Mike and mate Katie.

Excellent stay beautiful unit amd lovey community. My only criticism would be more comfortable living room and outside patio seating. Was tastefully decorated. Such a nice unit - the furniture was adorable but not very comfortable to truly sit and relax. My only compliant.

The team was amazing!!

The extra bedroom where the bunk beds are desperately needs a ceiling fan. Even with the air on the lowest setting allowed that room would be hot. So we would freeze in the main area just to try to keep that room from being any hotter. The hot tub with the waterfall is amazing and the fishing at the pier is great. Off of grounds activities are of course snorkeling , Molasses Reef is the best. Hobos Restaurant is great, highly recommend.

Everyone was so nice! From the guard at the front gate to the pool boyeveryone was welcoming and professional.

The property was very well maintained and welcoming. People were quiet at nice and evening walks on the property were picture perfect! There is not a bad thing to say about our stay or the property!

Barefeet Rentals is top notch. Great communication via email and text, easy check-in, friendly staff, and their property we stayed in was clean, very comfy, quiet and just as advertised. They provide after hours numbers for emergencies as well as detailed maps, suggestions etc. we will be renting thru them again

Great property, clean, functional, safe, quiet, and super views. SUGGESTED: We had a fishing charter with Lightly Salted charters, Zander and Captain Russ and we swam with the dolphins at Theater of the Sea.

SUGGESTED: Theater of the Sea, Alligator Farm, Robbie's & Sombrero Beach.

Wonderful! Wow! Gorgeous place. Lots of things to do for the entire family. Fish, boat, swim, tennis and relax. The place was clean updated and open. We loved the balconies and thorouhly loved the beautiful kitchens and baths. Cant wait to return with our family. Kevin

They were very helpful and nice, even getting us checked in early after a 5 hour drive.

Everything was perfect with the condo. Great appliances, no troubles at all. The pool water was the one and only negative, as it was way too warm to enjoy.
