Nice decor, good location, amenities and the property was well maintained.

Everyone was extremely friendly. Your crew was always available, even off-hours although that usually involved messaging the proper agent to handle things. Friendly staff and handled any issues quickly.

I loved the location and the views of the marina. Unit was very spacious. The downsides: the was no pull-out couch in the living room. Also, the table & chairs on the balcony are way, way too big for the space. We turned it sideways and it still was difficult for everyone to move around. Diving is #1 for me. Next time I plan to rent a boat since there's water everywhere to explore.

525 was an amazing place to stay! It was large and very comfortable. It has an awesome deck that looks out to the water. We were so happy that it exceeded our expectations. Recommend going to the John Pennekamp Coral Reef state park. They had lots of stuff to do!

It was such a pleasure being greeted by such friendly staff as we came and went. Anytime we asked about places to visit or eat they were extremely helpful.

Very nice condo with nice amenities the biggest frustration was parking, with 3 couples and only 2 spots it was very frustrating.

they were always available for questions, even the small nuisance questions they probably get every day they handled in a friendly helpful manner. The place was spotless and was exactly as advertised. we had everything we needed because of the advance emails on what to expect and not expect. the staff was very professional and friendly, particularly enjoyed talking to and working with debbie on payments, advance paperwork, and the exit process.

the tv in the master bedroom was not working. i called the first morning and it was fixed by noon that same day. there are always going to be issues and problems with any property. the difference is in how the company deals with it. barefeet staff handled it very well. very well stocked, exactly as advertised, we loved the parasailing and everglades tour had a blast, we'll definitely be back!

Saw a dry wall dent behind the entrance door knob when we arrived. Apparently a door stop was added afterwards. It would be good fixing the dent before new guesses arrive to avoid confusion. (MGR RESPONSE: Our apologies, the rooms inspector was able to put the door stop back on but the repair required a maintenance man and there was simply no time for him to get it done between that morning guest's departure and your check-in.)

We had a great time. Each child had their own space, and we needed the porch and multiple baths for drying SCUBA gear and bathing suits! Property was as expected, but needs a deep clean, paint job, and renovation. Parking situation not ideal. There was only one space, not close to the unit. Someone else kept parking in the B105 spot, but when we left our car in a different space (only for a few hours), we received a note warning about getting towed if we parked anywhere but the assigned spot. There were several things that were thoughtfully included that were great- laundry (as expected), but also a drying rack on the porch and a dehumidifier in the basement bathroom. Really helped drying bathing suits, towels, and wetsuits. We had an issue with the A/C, which was promptly addressed and repaired. We recommend SCUBA! Benfield wreck, Molasses reef and French reef. We used Rainbow Reef dive center. MGR RESPONSE: Deep cleaning scheduled and painting planned so please return and see the improvements!

The cleaning supervisor was very friendly and helpful. Office personnel were good and welcoming. Should be an easier check in process. MANAGER"S RESPONSE: Thank you for your suggestions how to make our check in process easier...we have already made some of those changes. Please visit again!

Nice layout, big, clean, nice view, pretty convenient location and has ground floor access to a pseudo beach area. Workout center is decent. Property well updated.

I was surprised when my expired card that I had placed the original deposit was rejected and I was not immediately notified of the situation.
