Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

804 Mariners was very stylish, comfortable and clean. Loved the pools, game room, tennis court and pickle ball courts. Convenient location for doing many activities in the Keys. Overall very pleased with our stay! Suggesting: Deep sea fishing, swimming with the dolphins and dinner at Marker 88 and Snooks.

The beach towels for use and the goodies from Barefeet rentals was a nice touch! Great location; great views, great pool, secure and safe. SUGGESTING: Jet skiing around Key West; Sandbar adventure; Stopping at the Rain Barrel with the Lobster; Sundowners restaurant.

Accommodations were excellent. Kitchen and laundry were important and exceeded expectations. All aspects of Mariner's Club were excellent.

Check in was easy, the directions to the office were spot on. Received a very friendly welcome.

The property was perfect for us, pools were beautiful and we enjoyed walking the property in the mornings. we will definitively stay there again! We were a party of 8 and there was plenty of space for all of us. Having three floors allows for times of privacy when needed as well.

Communication with the management company was easy

Loved the condo and property! Wish we could have swam at the beach, but seaweed was an issue - we enjoyed the pool area instead!

All communication was easy and process of getting in and out of the rental was so simple.

Loved everything about it but the beds, which were too hard for our liking. And wish the main floor bedroom could accommodate 2 twin beds. But fabulous otherwise.

Clear expectations, prompt responses to questions, very clean property. We were stuck in traffic on our way to the property and required information about late check-in; the team member helped us and made the process easy.

Friendly staff, easy to get assistance from. The only issue we had was during check in, we went to the office and were given the packet with check in info and were under the assumption we could go to the unit and move in. When we got there, the unit was still being cleaned because previous renters were allowed a late check out. We werent able to actually start or rental until almost 5:00 which was an hour later than we were supposed to be able to get in. We made the best of it and went grocery shopping so it all worked out ok. (MGR comment - we did not give the outgoing guest permission for a late check-out...we simply had a hard time getting them out)

The unit was absolutely beautiful! Every amenity you could think of was provided. The only minor inconvenience was not having any ice. The refrigerator never made any and there is not any ice available on site that isnt for cooler use only. There are gas stations close by that we just bought bags of ice from so we were fine. The fitness center was great, both pools were fantastic. It would have been nice to be able to access at least one of the pools/hot tubs after sun down, but they were all locked up. We had a great time and would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed the property and had a great family vacation. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. We had 8 people and never felt crowded.
