Very nice place, great location

The staff was welcoming, friendly, and knowlegable.

We loved the condo and the pool! The pool was clean and not crowded at all. We were not expecting the water to be so warm! The lady at the drink hut was very friendly. (She needs more than a fan to keep her cool. Maybe some AC??) We were disappointed in the smelly, dirty beach. There was no way we were going to get in that water! It is unfortunate the the Keys have so much seaweed/turtle grass and trash. Manager's Response: Yes the sea grasses do come to shore determined by the weather out in the ocean. Sorry it happened while you were here on vacation.

Overall was great. Suggestions for improvement would be more places to hang towels and wet bathing suits. And this is more my own personal preference, but the lighting is all the cool white color. Switching to warmer LED lights would help. Manager's Response: Thank you for your input. We need to hear from our guest how we can make the stay better. Sending your comments to the owner.

The agent was friendly informative and welcoming.

The unit was clean and well appointed and exactly as advertised and reasonably priced. The location was also great. There was a some trash in the bushed below the unit. Not the fault of the Barefeet or the unit owner, but it was unsightly.

Service was prompt and courteous. The rental unit was in great condition and exactly as described in the marketing materials.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future. Suggesting: We would highly recommend taking a scuba or snorkeling trip with Sea Dwellers.

Called prior to vacation to add an additional guest and Ashley was very helpful.

I've never before stayed at a place that does not provide toilet paper or other basic necessities. Clearly guests leave extra dishwashing detergent behind, extra laundry detergent, etc, but this place must purposely remove those things so the next person has to buy them. With the price of groceries these days, and particularly the cost of things in the Keys, this came across as very poor customer service and not what I was expecting. Perhaps you should put these details upfront with the booking so people are aware, rather than sending a message 4 or 5 days prior to arrival letting people know that nothing is included. (MGR RESPONSE - On our website, prior to booking, we explain in the Terms and Conditions a starter pack of paper supplies are provided. Additionally, when the reservation is made, the guest gets an email confirmation that includes the same information. We send emails 7-days and 5-days prior to arrival reminding guests of check-in procedures and what the 'starter pack' of supplies include. We really don't know what more we can do.)

I missed an email requiring my attention and your team graciously tracked me down and made sure that you had all my information before our arrival. Upon arrival, the information and ease of check in was wonderful. Really enjoyed working with Barefeet Rental!

Unit 705 was beautiful, modern, and very clean. I wish there had been additional furniture or cabinetry in the kitchen (which is beautiful and spacious!) to hold our groceries. We didn't have a good place to store chips, bread, or fruit that didn't need to be cold (like bananas). It might seem like a minor thing, but it had a big impact at our meals trying to move things around to prep and eat.

They were pleasant to work with and very willing to answer questions as needed.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and had a great family atmosphere. Great unit. Conveniently located to pool and fitness room. Nicely decorated.
