Beautiful resort

Very friendly, quick to respond to questions, answers the phone when you call or calls back as soon as possible, and does their very best to accommodate as needed!

We had an amazing stay and plan to be back again! The unit is clean, modern, has a gorgeous view of the mangroves and ocean, has comfortable/spacious sleeping arrangements, and is located extremely close to the pool. We werent disappointed to waking up to seeing dolphins in the mornings. Go to Hanaos restaurant on the marina, take a boat out to the sand bar, fishing the pier at the Mariners Club marina, Islamorada fish co. watching the sunset

Great decor, clean, and nice access to pool and beach

The member was very friendly, and clear on instructions to enter the unit and what to do when checking out. Also she was very clear if we needed maintenance who to contact. Luckily we didnt need them.

Perfect stay. The unit had everything we needed.

Very beautiful rental

Complex was great! Pool was beautiful! Fan on main level porch needs replaced. The all mattresses needs replaced, except for main level twin beds. All other mattresses are like sleeping on concrete. MGR RESPONSE: The porch fan is being replaced and as for the mattresses, we understand everyone has their personal preference. While the master bedroom mattress is firm, the other three bedrooms, in a recent survey of owner guests, did not find them as you describe. It sounds like overall you enjoyed your stay, and we do hope youll come back again!

They were always friendly and provided us with quality service and great recommendations for eateries.

This was a wonderful condo!!! The condo itself was very spacious and was nicely decorated. There were multiple spaces throughout the condo to sit and relax with a small or large group. The condo was also stocked with many beach supplies and games.I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very helpful when I called to schedule late arrival due to flight change!

Condo was clean and well equipped for cooking. Beautiful view of the ocean and loved the close access to the pool!

Enjoyed being in this resort, plenty of activities

Great team and prompt service for all team members upon checking in and or during a phone call to a team member. They are always quick with a return call to update us on any issue or concern we may have had. The process via the website is easy to use. Each unit for rent has plenty of pics to get a great understanding of what each rental has to offer.

We have been coming to Moon Bay for the last 4 years with 3 years in B-307. We enjoy all the outside accommodations and activities that Moon Bay has to offer. From hammock swings, grill and tiki area,beach area, beautiful marina area where you can walk out and watch the sunset, open clubhouse with games and great pool. We enjoy the pool after a day on the water and always meet friendly people from all over the US and Europe while at the pool or on the property
