Communication was quick and we had no issues when in communication with BFR.

The property was clean and in good order. There was some wear in the rental, but you could tell it was cleaned before we came. I was happy with the property. The location was great for our needs. The grounds were great, property was perfect for our family. The extra space downstairs was just right for my mother. Average quality of cookware, dishes and utensils. Our only complaint was the garbage can in the kitchen. It was super annoying to use and the bags did NOT go in easily. A foot step for opening would be quite helpful. Everyone including our kids complained about it, we all got a chuckle out of how many comments were made. We had some noise our last night because people came in and stayed next door. I could tell they were excited and loud because of that, we needed to get up at 2 am to make our flight out and they woke me up a couple of times. Thankfully it was only one night. We enjoyed so many fun things. Aquarium Adventures, Diving History Museum, Key West, Glass Bottom Boat, Alligator Farm.

I only use Barefeet Rentals when Im in key largo. Top notch service.

Excellent instructions at the office, very friendly and willing to help. They are exactly what they say!

We loved everything about it, there is no downside. Use the pool at the property, go rent a jet ski but most of all relax!

Rental team was excellent. The ladies in the the office were very professional and helpful with answering our questions about the different properties when I was beginning my search. When we picked up our rental package the person in the office answer many of our questions about the area.

We stayed only 3 days and didn't use facilities. We enjoyed the unit and the layout of the unit. The stairs were a challenge for people in their seventies. The dresser in the captain's quarters was broken. Enjoyed the patios and the cleaning was outstanding. We went to the Escape Room and ate at the Restaurant called "The Catch", food was outstanding. MGR RESPONSE: Our apologies...that darn bottom drawer in the dresser doesn't want to stay closed...we'll take a look at it again. Thank you for bringing that to our attention.

Everyone was great to work with. I made two calls and it was never handled - it was not a critical emergency but would have been nice to have it handled. MGR RESPONSE: Unfortunately the low water pressure issue was community-wide and unfortunately there was just nothing we could do to address it.

We had a great time and it was the perfect set-up for our group of 9. It's a great property with lots to do in and around it. We took the glass bottom boat tour to the molasses reef. Was great. Would have liked to have done the kayaking in the mangroves but had one elderly person with us and it just didn't make sense.

She was friendly and informative about the area. Gave us information on the restaurants and shopping in the area. I enjoyed talking with her

Loved the accommodations. The only drawback from being absolutely perfect was the guest room. It needs some place to store the guests clothes -some type of dresser. The sliding glass in the living room needs attention

We loved the property and had a great stay minus a few hiccups. We can't wait to get back to the keys! There are so many things to do throughout all of the keys. We visited Robbie's at Islamorada, John Pennekamp State Park, Bahia Honda State Park, the turtle hospital, Dry Tortugas National park, spent a whole day just exploring key west, and we were able to have dinner on the water watching the sunset almost every night of our vacation. The keys are truly amazing.

Rentals team was very responsive

We loved staying at Mariners. The amenities were incredible. Our ceiling fan in the covered porch never worked and one of the showers downstairs had a plumbing issue where it would only dispense scalding hot water. We tried to get maintenance to fix but they couldn't and said they would escalate with owners but nothing was ever done. MGR RESPONSE: The issue with the ceiling fan was the chain broke off up inside. We have since replaced it. We are sorry the plumbing company was simply unable to get us on their schedule over the Thanksgiving holiday. Although there are two other showers available in the townhouse we do realize the inconvenience for you.

As a consumer renting a luxury property, not having all maintenance and cleaning items available for the entire stay is quite a turnoff. No one wants to go to the store on their vacation for toilet paper, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. We have stayed at places all around the world, and this is the first time I've ever encountered this level of service. I would rather have enough trash bags than cups and cozies with "Barefeet Vacation Rentals" on them. MGR RESPONSE: Both on our website, as well as the multiple emails and texts leading up to a guest's arrival, it is explained that our properties are self-catered. It is further explained what specifically is in the starter-pack of supplies that are provided and guests are to provide for themselves for the balance of their stay. Beyond what is readily available to see on our website prior to booking and the emails and text messages that are sent once a booking has been made, we really do not know what we can do to make sure guests are informed.

The property was nice. The grounds were kept nice. The clubhouse was a nice addition for our kids. We used the pool and the hot tub as well. It was nice to have a full kitchen for cooking and enough place settings for all the guests (8).

Several times I was told that information about the area would be obtained and forwarded or provided to me and I never received the information. Also it is inconvenient to have to stop by the office to pick up the check in information. MGR RESPONSE: While it would be more convenient to just text our guests their door code, and it may be a bit old fashioned but we like to meet you face-to-face as you are not just a number to us. Given there is only one road in and one road out of the Keys and our office is right on the highway it only takes a few minutes for check-in. Additionally, the greeting pack we provide you at check in has coupons and information about things to do and places to eat so we hope you found this helpful.

It smelled wonderful and was very clean! Pool and hot tub close at "dusk" which is 6:30pm or earlier during the winter months. This is just not reasonable. MGR RESPONSE: Unfortunately, for safety issues, the pools had to be closed at dusk as there was no underwater lighting. The good news is, at great expense, the condo Association has installed the required lighting in one of the pools so there will be swimming permitted later than dusk.

We plan on coming back. Our unit was perfect for our family- the most comfortable couch Ive ever sat on!! Perfect community, location and friendly people.

Property is beautiful. So relaxing. It pays to stay at the Marina, views were beautiful. Accommodations r spacious felt so at home.

In a great location and the pool at The Mariners club was beautiful. We loved the location of the apartment within the Mariners Club. The apartment was spacious with all the amenities you would need. We were however slightly disappointed with the outside balcony as if didnt really have the facilities that were advertised.Lots of restaurants, shops nearby. Dined at Snooks for great views of the sunset and very good quality food. Would also recommend Docs Diner for breakfast. Only and 20 minute or so drive to Islamorada. (MGR RESPONSE: We are so sorry our new connection with Booking com represented the grill and hot tub was specific to this unit instead of a community amenity. They have since corrected the description.)

Very easy to work with Barefeet rental. Great communication and follow up. If I knew someone who needed a rental company in Key largo would recommend.

Queen Bed could be more comfortable in the guest/2nd bed room. Had to use the twin bed because it was much more comfortable to sleep. Very nice condo. good location. good amenities.

The property was beautiful and clean. Loved the welcome basket / tote. We enjoyed visiting Robbies and kayaking. Also loved snorkeling by the point at the resort. The pool was nice and clean. Key Bites and C&C Pizza both excellent food places.

I called a couple times before our trip and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I got all the information I needed.

4 of us stayed and we had so much room. The balcony view was so beautiful and our favorite morning spot for coffee. SUGGESTS: We visited to the Everglades and Annes beach. We also went to John Pennekamp State Park. Very fun.

The condo was very nice, the location and amenities were great! We had fun exploring the Keys, John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, Mrs. Macs Kitchen had very good food and the staff were very friendly.

Very nice and pleasant to deal with in the office. Funny too!

I would stay again! Nicely furnished, not too much. The evenings on the balcony were wonderful with the ocean breeze. Everyone was so nice and cordial. We cooked all weekend with zero issues. The kitchen was nicely stocked with basic cookware and bakeware.
