Great team and prompt service for all team members upon checking in and or during a phone call to a team member. They are always quick with a return call to update us on any issue or concern we may have had. The process via the website is easy to use. Each unit for rent has plenty of pics to get a great understanding of what each rental has to offer.

We have been coming to Moon Bay for the last 4 years with 3 years in B-307. We enjoy all the outside accommodations and activities that Moon Bay has to offer. From hammock swings, grill and tiki area,beach area, beautiful marina area where you can walk out and watch the sunset, open clubhouse with games and great pool. We enjoy the pool after a day on the water and always meet friendly people from all over the US and Europe while at the pool or on the property

Knives were very dull. Everything else was fine

The team members were very helpful in getting us early check-in and late check-out which was greatly appreciated.

The condo is in a great location with a wonderful view. However, it desperately needs black out curtains in the second master as the lights out on the walkway are very bright and it feels like daytime in the bedroom at night with the curtains closed. Lastly bar stools would have been nice and we thought they were provided. Otherwise the furnishings were great and we had a comfortable stay.

Everyone I spoke with was friendly and assured with any needs or questions. The rental company exceeded our expectations and needs. Little touches like towels, cups and snacks were great! Check in and out was a breeze and an early check in made our stay even better.

The accommodations were just perfectthe grounds could have used a little more attention as leaves and branches should be picked up at least weekly.

Pure perfection! This was the height of our trip! The condo was luxurious, the view was stunning. Great location and it felt like home coming back every day.

Would definitely come back a very much needed relaxing trip. Beautiful from the moment you walk in. Room for the whole family. (We were a family of 10). The view is incredible no matter what part of the house you're in. SUGGESTS: The boys rented a boat one day and went fishing another day the family went to The Theater on the Sea which had a lot of great shows & the food & drinks were also good. Not one bad meal. Just a great trip... The Pools & Hot tubs were relaxing and clean. Can't say enough. A really great trip & great place to stay.

Cant remember the name of the lady I checked in with but she was super friendly and helpful with whatever I needed.

Property was amazing, house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our week away from home. Check in/out was so easy. Provided beach towels which was nice.

Fabulous!! 5 star! Better than the pictures and we were impressed with them! Everything we needed and more! The security gate people were so friendly and nice too! We hosted a dinner for 10 people and were in need of nothing!

We enjoyed our stay. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The property is very nice with the 2 pools and a little bit of area to walk around. The unit was clean and as described. The balconies overlooking the pool were very nice. We used the blackstone grills quite a few times. SUGGESTS: We visited the Theater of the Seas which the kids enjoyed. The Turtle Hospital was very interesting. It has been some years since we last visited Robbies, so we were pleasantly surprised with the improvements there. We ate breakfast there before a fishing trip and also fed the tarpon.

Everyone I dealt with in the office was friendly/helpful. I reached out about hair dryers in the unit and didnt hear back. Thankfully there were some there for us to use.

We loved Unit 604 and the resort as a whole. Clean, modern, recently updated, close to the pool. The larger pool was great (we didnt use the smaller pool). The game room kept the kids occupied during the rainy days of our stay. The front gate staff were friendly.
