The Barefeet team was extremely friendly and available. I asked some questions before our arrival and got answers within a few hours. Checkin was fast and easy.

Great place. The place was beautiful, clean, and convenient. Only reason its not a 10 is because kids had to leave the pool when it was dark. They are very serious about the pool hours. MGR RESPONSE: Good news! At great expense the Association has had underwater pool lighting installed at the Clubhouse pool...previously they just had to close the pool at dark for safety issue when there was no lighting.

Easy check in and very nice, knowledgeable people. Gave us wonderful recommendations.

Great overall experience the only issue was a little late notice on after hours access. But no problems resulted.

We had 4 couples. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything was great, clean, big and convenient and great property. Only issue was limited parking. A 10 person house with only 2 spots and really no other place to park.

They gentleman that helped was very kind but the lady had a bit of an attitude. Its ok we laughed it off thinking she was having a bad day from the extreme heat!

Loved everything about it! This place was very clean beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Everyone I spoke to or interacted with was beyond friendly and helpful. Very easy to use and communication was excellent.

Beautiful unit and well maintained. I had just 2 small maintenance issues that I reported upon checking out. I just wish I knew more about what specific supplies the unit had, ahead of time. Due to the late check in time, we went shopping ahead of time but bought some things that I didn't need. For example, it said no hairdryers were there, but one was in the unit. It said one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, so I bought more, but when I got there, there were quite a bit of rolls there. I brought K-cups but there was no keurig. But overall, it was a great place to stay for 3 days. Nice complex, just wish the pool were open at night until 10 for night swimming. I also think the recycling instructions should be a little clearer. I wasn't sure where to bring them, or what needed to be recycled. But the security gate personnel helped me out. MGR RESPONSE: Sometimes guests will leave behind hair dryers and when that happens, we leave them in the rental just as we leave additional toilet paper etc...we are very happy to know that you enjoyed your visit overall! It is a beautiful villa and talk about location!! Thank you, please keep us in mind for your return visit!

All aspects of renting was very easy from check in to check out. Very helpful in recommending activities and restaurants.

We had more than enough room for our family. The town home was very clean and updated and stocked with enough basic supplies for our stay.We can recommend Catamaran snorkel cruise with Reef Roamers Sombrero beach in Marathon Islamorada Brewery and Distillery in Islamorada (great outdoor hangout space with food truck) Blond Giraffe Key Lime Pie Factory

people were nice and check in and check out was easy.

I think the place was nice and so was the security. My aunt and uncle liked the first floor king. I gave my parents the second floor king, and my dad had to sleep on the couch because the bed was uncomfortable and my mom ended up getting back/hip pain from it while sleeping on it. The other beds were fine. Mariners club rules are a little strict.

Every member of the Barefeet Rentals team was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and fun. They made the experience from booking to check out a pleasure - I won't book with anyone else and am looking forward to our next Florida Keys vacation.

Super clean! We brought our 1-year-old granddaughter who was walking / crawling everywhere so truly appreciated how clean it was. We would book it again, without hesitation. Thank you Barefeet Rentals!

The office staff was great!

Only request we have is more supplies for the kitchen like trash bags, cleaning supplies and paper towels. Only had one roll of paper towels and 2 rounds of dishwasher soap and a small dish soap. No counter cleaner, no ziploc bags. Just felt like it would have been nice to have a few more days worth. Laundry soap too. Wonderful place to stay. Great amenities and service staff like the security guards were fantastic. Super personable and professional.

I have been working with the staff of Barefeet Rentals for the past eight years, they have always been very helpful, friendly and quick to solve any problems that might come up.

Everyone was very friendly

We had to wait several times outside of the gate (ranged from 5-10 minutes) because the guard was patroling the property. For residences/renters, they should have a way to always get into the property and not have to wait for a guard to let them in. MGR RESPONSE: While we understand the inconvenience as we too have to wait for entry occasionally, the property's security is of utmost importance to the community's management and homeowners. Therefore, it's necessary to have a manned guard keeping a watchful eye on those who enter and only allowing access to registered guests.

Customer service was amazing. I love calling and reaching an actual human. Cheaper than booking through other travel sites. It was an easy pick up for keys and brochures. When I called or emailed, my questions were answered immediately.

Again, beautiful property and views! Highly recommend! 525 is a stunning home with an absolutely amazing view. Tons of room for our family of 8. We will be staying again for sure!

Excellent accommodations. Condo is great, clean, very spacious for our large group. Feels like home..Would highly recommend it.

It was pretty much seamless. Any problem we had they were all over it to fix it. No questions asked. We had nothing major wrong...Couldn't get a T.V. to hook up to the internet and a minor code problem for the front door. Both items were taken care of immediately.

This is a quiet place to stay at. 2 pools. The resort style pool: more crowded, zero depth walk in, a lot of littles, a little more action. The 'other pool: We considered this 'OUR' pool. Quiet, hardly anyone there ever. Not as fancy, but for us it was perfect. Overall, just a simple nice place. Well equipped condo. Freshly updated. We recommend: Hector's jet sky tours. He was a blast. Also, Out There Key Largo Kayak tours. We did both. Both are on Key Largo. And we enjoyed them.

We LOVED our stay at (Moon Bay, or whatever our specific condo is named)! The location was perfect, as we could walk to several bars and restaurants, as well as Rowells Park. We took advantage of the free kayaks, played pickle-ball & ping-pong, and relaxed at the pool. The condo had everything we needed, and more including a crock pot, Koozies, serving platters and all the pots and pans were like and the sunset views were amazing. We cant wait to come back again!
